Richard Brothers

Mr. Brothers has been in practice in Seattle since 1970, and has worked as a public defender and a civil litigator in all state and federal courts in Washington. He has represented clients in cases involving Administrative Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Family Law, Real Estate and Professional Licensing - particularly defending licensees before the Department of Health.

He is a graduate of Washington State University and the Gonzaga School of Law where he served as president of the associated law school student body. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
